TCR Dubai is officially owned and operated by TCR Dubai Rent A Car LLC.
Online Payment Policy
All online payments must be made using the payer’s personal credit or debit card. Failure to use a personal card may result in the service not being provided.
Privacy Policy
Our company aims to offer a seamless, fully digital booking process. We collect and store information such as name, email address, and mobile number to ensure accurate delivery of services. For car rentals, customers must provide their documents for registration with the RTA and provider’s portal. While we accept online payments via credit/debit cards, TCR Dubai does not store payment data. Payments are processed directly by the payment gateway and corresponding bank.
Invoicing and Payment Terms
Rental periods are based on a 24-hour day. For example, a one-day rental starting at 9 am must be returned by 9 am the following day. Late returns will incur an extra day’s charge.
Invoices are issued on the day of car pickup, and payment is required in advance for the rental term.
If a customer wishes to extend their rental, they must notify us 12 hours before the current rental period ends. Otherwise, the extension will be charged at the regular daily rate.
Payment for extensions must be made in advance to be valid.
Cancellation
Bookings cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed.
No refunds are issued once the car has been reserved.
